The tamarind bonsai is a beautiful and very hardy species, ideal if you live in warm climates.
Location: Being a tropical tree, it needs to be outside (minimum 6 hours of direct sunlight). Air and direct sun are vital so that its leaves do not grow too large and the trunk strengthens.
Watering: It loves water but not waterlogging. Water it whenever the surface of the soil feels dry to the touch . Daily watering is recommended if the sun is strong.
Maintenance: Fertilize it once a month during spring and summer, which is when it grows the most.
